Previum is an AI peer review tool for researchers who want to know what a journal will object to before they submit. You upload the full manuscript as a Word file or a PDF and get a rehearsal of what the journal would send back: two simulated reviewers, one from your field and one on methods, and an editor’s decision letter. It reads theory, design, analysis, results, writing and journal fit, in your own discipline.
We measure it in public. Our benchmark against Reviewer3 runs Reviewer3’s own ReviewBench set, 200 eLife articles, with their code and their judge, and publishes our figures next to theirs and next to the human reviewers’. The limitation comes first: the original judge has been retired, so we report how much the new judge drifts.
